WW2: The Last Kampf

This game is entirely text-based and focuses on narrative rather than visual elements. Please note that I am not intending to glorify war, death, or the atrocities committed during World War II. The story is a fictional exploration of romance, human relationships, and survival amidst a tumultuous and tragic period. Any references to real-world events are purely for historical context and narrative depth. 

This story only features gay romance since, during the war, women weren't allowed to serve in combat roles, that's why there are no lady options for your MC. you can change what Lukas looks like, but that is all, you can't change his gender or name. (this is currently, but some major changes are happening currently that will make this so much more customizable, so stay tuned)

You are playing as Lukas Weber, a young man struggling with poverty, and living on the streets. As the war looms closer, you hear the call for soldiers, and, desperate for a chance to escape your hard life on the street and starvation, you decide to enlist. The recruitment is open to men between the ages of 13 and 60, and you, eager for any opportunity, make your way to the recruitment center, uncertain of what the future holds.

You head to the camp after writing down your name. throughout this game, you will age, so your age at the start won't be the same further in the story, there will be death, and you, as a soldier, will have choices/ be forced to kill and torture. The first page of the game will be you in the future, but based on your choices through the game you can change that future. 

You will have two choices for a partner, you can either have:

Maximus Müller (AT THE START15) – A year younger than you, Maxwell is fair-skinned and has messy blond hair and doe-blue eyes that seem to hold so much sadness for someone his age. Like you, he comes from poverty, and his small frame is marked with a few scars on his arms. He’s fragile, smaller than you, and yet, he will embody the ideal of the Aryan race—blond, blue-eyed, and pure—something the Germans are fighting to preserve, even if he doesn't fully understand why.

William von Otto (AT THE START17)– Coming from a wealthy family, William joined the army under pressure from his father. He has long black hair that falls neatly over his forehead while the back rests tucked behind his ears, He has dark brown eyes that seem warm. Standing an inch or two taller than you, his sharp nose and ivory skin give him a striking appearance and his soft lips are always in a smirk or grin. William often speaks boldly about his support for the Führer, claiming he’s more than happy to follow the path Hitler has laid out. But to you, his words sound rehearsed, as though he's repeating something he's been taught to believe, or maybe he truly feels as he says?

Karl von Meyer (17)- Williams's friend. comes from a rich family. he has freckles all over him, his eyes are round with light brown irises, his hair is brown and swept to the side,  his skin is a tender beige, and he is about your height. Karl is very talkative and judgmental, he's all talk and can't fight for the life of him

Hans von Mansfeld (17)- Williams friend. comes from a rich home. He has a sharp nose with a permanent frown on his wide lips. His eyes are hooded and dark, almost black. He has pale skin, and, similar to Karl's hair, it's black and swept back. He's the same height as William but is close to Karl; they're usually attached to the hip. Hans is as judgy as Karl but doesn't speak out like Karl. He can be insensitive and is usually the one asking the serious questions.

Ahren von der Heydt (17)- is Williams's friend. He comes from a rich home. He has thick, dark eyebrows with full lips. He's the tall one in the group. He has short black hair that's swepped to the the right, and his eyes are dark gray with downturned eyes. His skin is soft, and beige. Ahren is silent and serious. He usually only speaks with Willam and keeps his opinions to himself, Making him talk is like pulling teeth.
